An Enchanting Holiday Tradition

In 2023 Downtown Hutch adopted the night-time Christmas Parade!  Light Up Hutch is Downtown Hutchinson's premier holiday celebration. Join us as we illuminate the streets with festive displays, community warmth, and the spirit of Christmas. Experience the magic of our downtown transformed into a winter wonderland for all ages. The Light Up Hutch Parade takes place each year on the first Saturday in December.

Ad Astra Radio’s Light Up Hutch Christmas Parade (Main St from Avenue B through 7th Avenue) is held at 6 p.m.

The parade will start at Avenue B and head north through 7th Avenue on Main Street.
Pedestrian-only viewing will take place from Avenue B through 3rd & Main, where there
are no parked vehicles allowed. Parking areas are indicated on the attached map.
Car viewing spaces are available from 3rd Avenue through 7th Avenue. Residents may
park their vehicles in the open designated parking spaces on Main Street the day of the parade.  We ask that you do not park during regular business hours prior to the parade.

 

Downtown Holiday Shopping (hours vary). Throughout the day, enjoy holiday shopping at several Downtown Hutch stores while dining at restaurants.
