On June 18th, 2024, the Hutchinson City Council approved execution of the Downtown Master Plan.
Now that the plan has been formally approved by the Planning Commission and the City Council, the Kansas Main Street committees will continue their work in formulating sub-groups to help execute the plan. We are grateful for the committee’s work, dedication, and commitment to this plan.
The Master Plan was designed to guide growth, development, and improvement of Downtown for years to come. The Master Plan is our road map as we make decisions and pave the way for a vibrant downtown that captures the uniqueness of Hutchinson.
